We supply qualified HPC registered Bio-Medical Scientist & Medical Laboratory Assistant candidates in all areas of pathology, namely; Haematology, Blood Transfusion, Clinical Chemistry, Micro-Biology, Molecular Micro-Biology, Virology, Immunology, Histology, Cytogenetics, Cytology and Cyto-screener.

We actively recruit online, through trade journals, at exhibitions and conferences and through our own recruitment events to ensure an ongoing supply of the staff you need, from the UK and abroad. Our ads feature in prime position on the Bio-Medical Sciences Gazette. Vacancies are posted on our website the same day you send them to us, and the latest SMS technology put details of your jobs right in the hands of qualified BMSs.

Our candidates are fully compliant, and go through a comprehensive interview and assessment procedure before being placed. Our compliance procedures are managed via the ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System, which provides an important safeguard for our clients, the general public, and the Bio-Medical Sciences themselves.

Quality Management & Compliancy

Atlantis Medical has ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 14001 certification and we apply that quality management system to everything we do. Before placing candidates we undertake in-depth interviews to assess their suitability. If the candidate has been in the UK for longer than three months, we will arrange for an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check. If they are new to the UK, we will obtain an overseas police check. Three professional references are required, and these are verified where they have been supplied by the candidate. In addition, we require proof of their Right to Work in the UK, as well as their qualifications and professional registration. Full occupational health clearance and safety training certification are also required from the candidate.
