There are 2 immediate vacancies for experienced community physiotherapists. Band 6 or band 7 would be considered. The team works with clients with complex physical and neurological disability. Clinicians work with clients in their own home or place of work or on site in the out patient facilities. 

The team consists of 35 full time members of staff, PT, OT, SLT, Counselling, Consultant AHP and Consultant Neurologist.
