Baseline Emissions Footprint
The year ending 4th December 2023 is the baseline year (first carbon reduction plan)

This is Atlantis Medical’s first carbon reduction plan. It has been produced in accordance with the instructions published by the UK Cabinet Office and measures:
- Scope 1&2 emissions
- A subset of Scope 3 emissions as defined in PPN 06/21 Technical standard for the Completion of Carbon Reduction Plans
Due to the nature of our business, there are no emissions to report for either upstream or downstream emissions.

Emissions reduction targets
In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 2.6 tCO2e by year end 2030.

Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
We have already implemented a series of very successful and impactful measures to reduce our carbon emissions. This includes:
- All invoicing and reporting is now electronic and all candidate data is stored electronically. Taken together, these two initiatives have enabled us to sustainably dispose of over 30,000 pages of documentation.
- All staff are encouraged to travel to the office via public transport, cycle or walk if possible.
- Purchased energy efficient PCs and monitors
- Introduced more remote working
- Migrated all IT to energy efficient Saas.
2026-2030 plan
- Introduce further offsetting.
Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
