The Role:

• Job Title: Physiotherapist
• Band: 5/6/7
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs/week (Full Time Equivalent)
• Required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.
• Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place.
• The person will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and an occupational therapist.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registered as a Physiotherapist
• BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy
• Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Physiotherapist
• Discharge Planning Experience
• Experience of community-based pathways would be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal.
